By downloading, installing, or accessing the MedRemind mobile application or landing website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the MedRemind application on your mobile device strictly for personal, non-commercial health scheduling purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Service and Safety Disclaimer
MedRemind is an organization helper app. You understand and agree that:
- Our services do not constitute medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice.
- We do not guarantee that reminders will trigger without error under all OS background states or battery regimes.
- You assume all responsibility and risk associated with verifying pill names, strengths, dosages, and compliance.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When you create a MedRemind account, you must provide accurate, current registration info. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activities or actions performed under your account profile.
5. Data Removal & Termination
You can terminate your agreement with us and request total removal of your credentials and data at any time via the deletion procedures outlined on our Account Management Page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in malicious activity targeting our cloud infrastructure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedRemind Inc., its directors, employees, or partners, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our tracking application or reminders.
